Homeowner Release Form Whereas the undersigned:
is the owner of the property and structure at the above address desires to release and hold harmless Community Relief Ministry, (CRM), its committee members, officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and any other organizations directly or indirectly involved (collectively "partners") from all claims, demands, or actions because of injury to the undersigned or the owned property.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the undersigned receiving materials and/or labor for repairs to the property of the undersigned, the undersigned hereby releases and discharges CRM and its partners from claims, present and future, known or unknown, in any matter arising out of the activities or inactivity CRM takes on the part of the undersigned homeowner. The undersigned specifically assumes all risk involved in having volunteer laborers participating in the rebuilding of the property. CRM or its partners assume no responsibility for insurance coverage for the properties including property loss and liability insurance.

The undersigned will never institute any action or suit at law or inequity against CRM and its partners involved directly or indirectly, nor institute, prosecute or in any way aid in the institution or prosecution of any claim, demand, action or cause of action for damages, cost, loss of service expenses, or compensation for or on account of any damage, loss or injury either to person or property, or both, whether developed or undeveloped, resulting or to result, known or unknown, past or present or future, arising out of the undersigned working with CRM or partners on this project.

The undersigned also agrees to allow CRM and its partners to share information with each other, necessary for the successful completion of the rebuild.

Agreeing to this Homeowner Release Form does not guarantee that CRM will perform the work discussed. Much depends on the weather, the number of volunteers, and other things that are beyond our control. I agree
